You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account and Access

When you use our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Service Terms for Business Clients

If you are a business client using our AI assistant services:

• Setup: We will configure AI assistants according to agreed specifications.
• Trial Period: If applicable, trial terms will be specified in your service agreement.
• Billing: Fees are charged as specified in your service agreement. Payment terms and billing cycles will be clearly communicated.
• Modifications: Service tiers and features may be adjusted by mutual agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for spam or unsolicited communications

6. Communications

By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Service notifications and updates
• Customer service communications

Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message.

7. Google Calendar Integration

By authorizing our Google Calendar integration, you:

• Grant us permission to access your calendar for scheduling purposes
• Acknowledge that we will create events and add attendees on your behalf
• Understand that you can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings

8. AI Communications

Our AI assistants are designed to communicate naturally. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• AI assistants may record calls and chats for quality and training purposes
• AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors
• Important decisions should be verified with human representatives

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by 2bizy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2bizy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
